Made of fresh Salmon trout (superior classified) which has grown in the Åland archipelago. Cold smoked products are smoked at 20 C using the own wood mixture of Myrskylän Savustamo Oy. Vacuum packed in Safu bags.Preservation: fresh 21 days (0 - + 3 C), frozen 12 months (below - 18 C).
